When will my order ship?

The first place to retrieve information on your order is within your BOXHILL account.

Products available on BOXHILL are a cut above what you'll find elsewhere. The level of quality we strive for tends to take a bit longer from production to your door - so please stay patient. Unless tracking has been relayed to you, know that our team hasn't forgotten your order and is doing what they can to get your order rolling.

Made-to-order products, customizations, and products crafted in faraway lands (like Canada, or Italy!) may see delays in getting to you. Where possible, relative lead time dates have been included on product pages below the add to cart button to alleviate the concern. These are updated regularly, but if you're uncertain about the lead time please ask before purchasing.
